When I started sharing online I started getting questions from a lot of people who wanted to know how I had obtained a certain result or taken a particular picture. It was then that I started recording tutorials and uploading them to my Youtube channel. Then there were people who wanted written tutorials. I have taught and continue to teach people whom I meet but I thought it would be better if I could extend this to the online community as well and help more people.
I've come across (and I'm sure you have too) people who own cameras, high-end dSLRs even, but don't know how to use them. All they use is Auto mode. They are intimidated by all the buttons and dials and the various numbers and letters that show up on their LCD screens. Now there is absolutely nothing wrong with going full Auto. Cameras these days will give you amazing results anyway. But what is the point of using just 1% of a camera's functionality? Your camera can do so much more.
Then there are those who tell me "I can't take the pictures you take because you have a much better camera."
Honestly, there is so much you can do with your own camera. Gear isn't everything. True there are certain limitations when you don't have a dSLR or when you don't have other equipment but that should in no way stop anyone from taking great pictures. The only thing awesome gear does is to help - it is NOT everything.

Truth be told I used to think along those lines as well. That was before I actually started experimenting with the camera and started learning about its various functions.
So one of the main reasons I started this blog is to cater to all these "needs".
The main reason I started this blog is to share pictures that I take. I'll also be writing about my experiences and a tutorials from time to time.
